Individualized Student Plan (ISP) – a compilation of the student’s biographical information, testing information, grades, accommodation suggestions, and standardized testing options; helps classroom teachers, LRC teachers, and parents work together to assist the student in his education at BJA Psycho-educational Testing – a battery of tests designed to identify academic and cognitive strengths and weaknesses or learning disabilities Learning Disability (LD) – a cognitive weakness that adversely affects a student’s ability to learn read more Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) – characterized by distractibility, impulsivity, and/or hyperactivity that adversely affects academic performance read more Accommodations – a change in how a student is taught or assessed (e.g., preferential seating, oral testing) Modifications – a change in the content a student is taught (e.g., easier novel, easier problems) |
